Depending on where you are in the world your shipping costs will change. We'll let you know this when you contact us about your order.
Return Policy
If you change your mind about your Screw U Poles order we're happy to return the product so long as the product has not been used.
We offer a one year guarantee for the tip of your poles and are happy to replace your poles for free. We will need photo evidence of your broken tip to provide this service.
