What if i need to return an order?

We want you to be happy with the comfort, look and fit of your SUP products. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items from regular orders for a full refund.

When returning items, please remember these four rules:

1) Return it within 30 days:

This one’s simple. Please return your items within 30 days of the ship date. We will not accept returns after this date except for problems with product quality.

2) Return new items only:

Returned clothes, skis, poles and accessories must be in new, unworn and unused condition without any scuffs, scratches, stains, burrs, dent, or tears. we can’t accept a return if it arrives used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged.

3) Remember the receipt and any accessories:

It’s always easier if you send your item back with a copy of the receipt. If the products comes with any accessories be ensure you include them in the return.

4) Keep the tags on and use original SUP cylinder the poles come in:

Most SUP products come with a tag or label attached. Please keep this tag on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached or without the original packaging, the return will not be processed.

To initiate a return, please:

What happens if i don’t follow the policy?

If you return an item that is worn, used, damaged, altered, or missing its hang tag, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded. Instead, we will notify you via email and offer 2 options:

1. The item can be reshipped to you at no cost

2. The item can be donated to a local ski school

If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, we will assume you prefer option 2.
